Lead with Impact Workshops

Designed for team captains, team leaders or coaching staff and equip them with
leadership skills to inspire and unify their team
– 3 hour workshop in person (travel fees may apply if outside Southern California)
– Enhance communication, decision making and conflict resolution abilities
– Leadership under pressure
– Managing team culture and motivation
– Foster culture of accountability and resilience both on and off the field
– Provide follow up resources to continue to implement the changes
